ヒノキは落ち着きのある優しい香りが特徴的。抗菌力が強いため、古くから家屋や寺院の建築用材として用いられ、その香りがリラックス効果を与えることから浴槽で使われてきた。
天然100%のエッセンシャルオイルになります。
【エッセンシャルオイル（精油）の楽しみ方】
［芳香浴］
①カップやボウルにお湯をはります（40〜50℃くらい）
②お湯に精油を１〜３滴垂らします。
［お風呂］
①精油を１〜５滴植物油やバスソルトに混ぜます。
②①をバスタブに入れてよくかき混ぜ、入浴します。
［マッサージ・スキンケア］
①植物油に精油を加えます。
※精油の濃度がボディ用は１％未満、フェイス用は0.5%を目安にお作りください。植物油10mlに精油２滴、濃度は１％です。
②①をよく混ぜます。
③②を適量手に取り、両手で温めてから気になる部分のマッサージやスキンケアに使用します。※余ったオイルはすぐに酸化してしまいますので、遮光瓶に入れて保管し、できるだけ早く使い切ることをお勧めします。
