日本原産で古くから植林されていたこともあり、日本各地でみられる。まっすぐに伸び硬さも十分あることから建築材や工芸材として広く使われてきた。
天然１００％のエッセンシャルオイルになります。
【エッセンシャルオイル（精油）の楽しみ方】
［芳香浴］
①カップやボウルにお湯をはります（40〜50℃くらい）
②お湯に精油を１〜３滴垂らします。
［お風呂］
①精油を１〜５滴植物油やバスソルトに混ぜます。
②①をバスタブに入れてよくかき混ぜ、入浴します。
［マッサージ・スキンケア］
①植物油に精油を加えます。
※精油の濃度がボディ用は１％未満、フェイス用は0.5%を目安にお作りください。植物油10mlに精油２滴、濃度は１％です。
②①をよく混ぜます。
③②を適量手に取り、両手で温めてから気になる部分のマッサージやスキンケアに使用します。※余ったオイルはすぐに酸化してしまいますので、遮光瓶に入れて保管し、できるだけ早く使い切ることをお勧めします。
Blacklettersの精油３ml、５mlのボトルの１滴の目安は約0.05mlです。
